The Seattle Martial Arts U.S.A. Moo Sool Association (U.M.S.A.) was
founded in 1986 by Master Jay (VII Dan) to
promote the traditional Korean martial art of Taekwondo (Korean
Karate) & the Filipino
martial arts
of
Modern Arnis, Kali & Eskrima. We teach the original style of I.T.F. Taekwondo founded by Grandmaster General Choi Hong Hi, April 11th 1955 and Modern Arnis founded by Grandmaster Remy Presas in 1957. Our school
supports the efforts of the United States International Taekwondo
Federation (U.S.I.T.F) headed by
Master Robert Wheatley (VIII Dan) and are proud
members of the Hwa-rang
Taekwondo Federation (H.T.F.) founded by Master Jack Pierce (VIII Dan).
We offer Taekwondo & Modern Arnis classes for all ages in the Seattle Central District, at
the Seattle Filipino Community Center
and in the Factoria area of Bellevue, WA at Eastgate Elementary School & Somerset
Elementary School.

Modern Arnis Martial Art classes. If your
looking to start out slowly, adults may sign up in the
Junior Dragons
Taekwondo/ Family Martial Arts
class and work up to the more physically demanding
Teen / Adult
Taekwondo Class. We welcome
everyone to check out our classes and if you are in from out of town and
want to work out...come on down! All styles are welcome to train with
us!
